Young male patient with gynecomastia, large asymmetric breast tissue and gland that exacerbated after sports supplement intake. Patient underwent gynecomastia surgery with suction and extraction of the gland, right nipple areolar repair. Picture shown 2 weeks post op with better chest definition and contouring, decreased breast size.
