Case 4. Pleasant female patient complaining of looseness of the skin of the forehead and heavy eyebrows, underwent Endoscopic Forehead Lift with small hidden incisions in the scalp giving her a more alert, awake youthful appearance with better upper eyelid clearance and exposure for decades to come. Patient also underwent a total skin resurfacing peel and DMMD for over all skin looseness of the face and neck, improved severe melasma and hyperpigmentation with DMMD. Results shown 3 weeks post op/treatment.
