Case 7.
Patient who underwent Natural Looking Face and Neck Lift, complained of looseness of the skin of the neck with severe laxity. Also presented with severe melasma and hyperpigmentation. Photo shown 3 weeks post op with gorgeous improvement to the face, neck and skin giving her a youthful looking appearance.
